Location: Naberezhnye Chelny
This modern complex is situated on the shore of the reservoir on the river Melekesska. The first section of the cultural centre has been brought into operation, a dance hall, disco, games room, billiards, and so on. The treatment includes the use of peat mud, and mineral water (chloride sodium bromine brines) for bathing.
