Location: Tukaevsky district
The best beginning of a visit to Nizhnyaya (Lower) Kama National Park in the Tukaevsky district is to get to the Belous village. Several roads lead to the village – the centre of the park. The way goes through the famous ship-mast forests of the Borovetskyi Trakt. Almost every kind of forest in Tatarstan is represented there. The banks of the Kama in this region have dozens of archaeological monuments, including those from the Mesolite and the Bronze Ages.
