Location: 7 km from the city of Aznakaevo
The name of this landmark means Tent mount. The Tatars of the Nogai Horde, who migrated from Crimea, in memory of their Chatyr-dag named this mountain as early as the 16th-17th centuries. Chatyr-Tau is the regional state natural reserve. It is one of the highest points of Tatarstan and occupies a peak with a height of 321.7 m and the slopes of the ridge. The slopes of Chatyr-Tau are popular with paragliders.
