Location: Naberezhnye Chelny
This festival is conducted annually by the initiative of the city administration. Any person or organisation can participate in the event. The festival takes place in the central square of the city. Flowers are presented in different forms and combinations. During the festival, visitors have a chance to buy seeds of favourite flowers or exotic plants. The culmination of the event is choosing a winner – a composer of the best bouquet, composition, or flower sculpture.
